While I was selling my house back in 2018 the inspector found hail damage on my roofs.

I had used JAM roofing on a commercial building years earlier and gave them a call. Jason and his crew at JAM replaced my entire roof within three days of calling thus meeting the buyers purchase deadline.

They did a beautiful job for me. Jason helped me with the insurance claim and new Erie city building codes. They completed the job on time, I highly recommend them.

Solid, experienced honest! Jason looked at my roof while at my neighbors. (He had installed their roof years ago, they made the mistake of using another roofer for repairs and had rehired him to do things correctly!) He candidly assessed things as fine with a suggestion followed by a prompt written bid for a new gutter. Days later, a major storm struck and I had some water drip. Jason came out promptly and showed my handyman how the unusual winds blew some water in an unprotected vent area and made suggestions for my handyman to repair! Hired by the HOA so they would not talk with me about ransacking the inside of my house and causing massive drafts from the skylights solely from raising them because their contract was with the HOA and not with me. A Jason took over and is willing to talk on the phone a little but will not answer me when I ask if he can observe the drafts when the temperature is dropping, which would be at night or when a cold front arrives, the latter of which is usually over the weekend. Trying to bow out of it, would not even reimburse for skylight repairs. He only wants to install new skylights, which is not

We have had JAM Roofing replace two of our rental homes. The crews showed up on time, were very efficient and quick, yet not corner-cutting. They really paid attention to detail as one of our homes has some intricate spaces. They finished on time and what I liked most of all is the work area was always clean and it was as good if not better when they left the job site. The owners are very professional and courteous. My first contact with these folks was through another roofer - my wife and I live in a 60's Mid-Century home with a spray foam, and after 3 years of ownership (and subsequent leaks from hail damage) I decided to find a qualified roofer to complete some repairs. Excellent customer service!!! They were actually 10min early and took pictures with the cell phone. Explained exactly what needed to be done gave me a quote and offered to stay and get the repairs done immediately. The price was excellent as well. Came out to Firestone and got it done!
