I would recommend against using this cleaning service. I spoke with the owner this morning, and went ahead with the plan for a deep clean. After showing up an hour late, her team did a basic cleaning. Things not included: Broiler, inside of the oven, kitchen cabinets. The worst part of this was that they “accidentally” sprayed a cleaning oil on my espresso machine which ended up damaging it. Dealing with the team after and the business owner (who interprets by telephone for everyone) was challenging. I dislike leaving any negative reviews, but I felt the need to leave this one so that people

Glanda is amazing! We recently hired Cleaning Nation to do a deep clean of our house after being stuck at home for a year without it, and the house was sparkling. Glanda has a great laugh and is so joyful! We have since hired them on an ongoing basis to do bi-weekly cleans. The house looks fantastic!

The girls arrived and were very nice they started doing the job very well then I had to go out and do some other work I'm a very busy realtor when I came back they were supposed to go through each room with me and have me check it they did not do this they were in a hurry to leave. I can't say enough about Silvana and her team. They always arrive on time and so friendly! I have used them for months now and have experienced both their normal clean and deep clean. Both services are amazing. My house is always left sparkling and they do not miss a thing! With small children I am always rescheduling and Silvana is always incredibly accommodating each time. I had used Cleaning Nation a few years ago and was happy with the deep cleaning they did. I have new tenants moving in and called on Cleaning Nation again. I live out of state and I was able to work with Silvana through text messaging. She sent over her team (Rina) and they did an amazing job throughout the house! Silvana conveniently sent me pictures of the house through text. Once satisfied, I was able to to send payment through Zelle. Great customer service!

I had a very positive experience with cleaning nation and totally recommend! Scheduling was quick and easy for a move out clean and the two women who came were prompt and thorough. I just saw the owner's response and was appalled at how much she was lying. The workers LEFT the stove in that condition, my mom was the one who cleaned it off. I even texted the owner about it, despite her reply claiming they came back to clean it, when my mom was the one who cleaned it. (See pic for screenshot evidence) The cleaners later returned to finish scrubbing the stove vent as they missed it during the first visit, but the stove side (as pictured) was cleaned by my mom after the cleaners left. Alright I don't review often but when I do its because the service was GREAT. Today I had them come and do a DEEP clean of my house that I took over when my parents passed. It need some TLC and it got that and more. with an older home it big and lots of space for dust. Well Cleaning Nation did the job; the living room, dining room, 2 bedrooms, kitchen and entry way. They made sure it was clean and the house smells great.

This was an incredibly frustrating experience. They arrived 30 min late, worked for maybe 90 min, and then charged me 250, leaving behind a trail of destruction. There was a lot to do, but I expected them to at least do the basics for that much. Also, this woman didn't even bother putting on a mask until i asked her to, and she DUMPED CLEANER IN MY PLANTS. Avoid like the plague.

The cleaner threw away/took about $300 worth of my stuff. A nice pan, a set of knives, dinner plates, bowls, cutlery, a cutting board, a rice cooker, a crock pot, a stack of art and paintings, a vase, the power supply and remote for my TV, and irreplaceable items.
I explicitly said to leave them, in text messages and on the phone, and instead my things were either stolen by the cleaner or were placed in a garbage bag and thrown away. The trash came the next day and now it's all gone.
I offered to have the cleaner refund my cleaning fee, and I would not pursue further action

I needed a local cleaning company to clean my old rental that I moved out of from Emeryville. Cleaning Nation responded quickly to my quote and the price was fare for a 1 bedroom 1 bath condo. The best move-out cleaners I've ever encounters. While there were some confusion and communication struggles with the dispatch, the 2 guys they sent out essentially power-scrubbed our house from the inside. They took longer than expected but they scrubbed every inch and our house was sparkling clean afterwards. Superb job.
