I manage a large commercial real estate company and recently used UB to replace the roof on a warehouse in Columbus. Their team was fantastic and even made other needed repairs along the way. Once the work was completed, we did a walk through and I was handed all of the warranty paperwork along with a personalized "thank you" letter. Been using UB for everything since, doesn't matter the size, little or small, they are my go to.
