We had a major blockage in our plumbing lines. JC Little had a repairman at our home within an hour. He worked for quite a while and resolved the problem. The estimated cost of the service was explained ahead of time, and the final price fell within that range. Both the receptionist and the repairman were professional and courteous, and the cost was reasonable. Highly recommended!

The Good: I called on a friday morning for a water heater replacement and they had it completed by 1 p.m. Installation looked professional and nothing was left behind. The city inspector was scheduled to inspect.
The Bad: When the inspector came out, they failed it because the temperature pressure relief valve was routed incorrectly to city code. Called on a Tuesday for a drain clean. My regular guy couldn't get to it and referred me on. Everyone was booked til next week. Sarah was very professional pleasant voice on the phone. Told me she could schedule it for Friday. Great I'll take it, and we can deal with the drain til then. Sarah called back in about an hour and said that he was on the way. He was professional, knowledgeable, courteous and respectful. He was done in about 30 minutes and water was running again. I was notified by email every step of the way. JC came the day prior to do a requested free in-home estimate to get pricing on repairing my shower/tub handle. It was a mess. Kurtis Bowersox was my technician who returned the following morning to get started. He arrived on time, was very friendly, and clearly was very knowledgeable in his trade as he operated like it was second nature. Emergency call to have a kitchen sink and dishwasher/laundry unclogged. Called at 10 Friday morning, then said 12-2, plumber with over 30 years experience called and was here at 11:30. He spent a good hour getting the clog removed and did an excellent job. Communicates well, professional, knew his stuff. Highly recommended. I have been a customer since 2006.
