While we were on the phone with Home Depot about water heater "returns" (yeah-right), he FIXED that control box, and saved us from a minor nightmare!

Keith was the best repairman I have worked with in Florida in my 10+ years here. He came over and fixed our gas fireplace igniter, was on time, knew what he was doing and was incredibly neat and reasonable. A pleasure to work with. Later, I asked for a quote to install a gas line for a grill. When I changed my mind, Linda not only refunded the money I advanced for the job, but when the check was lost, she doggedly followed up with another check to ensure that I received it. Great honest people to work with. Hire them if you can.

It was by luck that I first found Accurate gas and plumbing, after my hot water tank went bad about 4 years ago, Accurate replaced it with a new, gas, tankless one the very next day. Since then I have needed them for other repairs and even a gas leak at my mother’s house that I smelled while she was out of town. I called Linda and she arranged the repair immediately! Both Keith and Linda have been responsive and professional every time I have needed them.

Every appointment I had they were prompt, courteous, and professional. I chose them over their competitors because Keith was incredibly knowledgeable during the estimate and seemed like he had done this thousands of times. This paid off when working with the rest of the team. Linda, the office manager, always got back to me within a few hours and often times she would respond to me in under an hour.
Even when the job was delayed while halfway complete

Linda is wonderful! She was able to get me a quote quickly to replace my water heater so I could provide it to my insurance after a pipe failed and flooded everything. I received approval on a Sunday afternoon from insurance and I left a message for Linda, she got back to me the same day and squeezed me in for the next day. The guys were great and installed the new heater. I recommend them 1000%

When my old water heater failed, I called and spoke to Linda.... she was professional and responsive. She explained options for a new tank and provided ETA for repair. The technician was on site within 2 hours of my initial call, and completed the work flawlessly. Exceptional response.
I received a follow-up call the day after install to validate everything. Great customer service and I’ll recommend to anyone. Appreciate the timely repair.

Accurate Gas and Plumbing is fast and Accurate.
The cost is VERY reasonable and combined with the prompt customer service...They can't be beat!! AND They cleanup the area as if it is their own home.
I called them because they did such an A+ job the first time.
