The firm specializes in tenant improvements for national clients, retail market facilities, commercial properties, and local government projects. ECS primary goal of meeting customers' construction needs through quality workmanship and successful relationships with owner management teams is evidenced by our expanding base of repeat clients.
Elevate Construction works with tenants and property owners to perform renovations of interior spaces, meeting the requirements of the tenant as outlined in their lease agreement. These construction services typically include the renovation and remodel of an interior space, separate from the shell of the building.
From commercial projects to state and federal projects, Elevate Construction can do it all. Our contractors have experience working on new construction, renovations, and remodels for state and federal government buildings. While state and federal projects can be similar in nature to traditional commercial projects, they do vary from simple to complex.

Highered Elevate to do some concrete work. I primarily worked with Jeremy, he was awesome! They did the work in a timely manner and the work was quality. When they made a mistake they were upfront with it and fixed it. Couldn't have been happier with the customer service and quality of work. Nice job!

From the beginning they were professional and efficient. Contacting Matt he was more than willing to work with our schedule and gave us a fair price on the work that was needed. His team and the other teams they brought in to help us finish the job were accommodating to our need for quiet during certain times due to the nature of the business. Juan was very patient with us and Jeremy was amazingly professional, easy to contact and a pleasure to work with. We are definitely using them again and I HIGHLY recommend them.

My 90+ year old house had suffered from some bad updates that had weakened the roofing structure. It was a complex fix requiring a lot of planning and thought. Matt, Jeremy and team rose to the occasion and did a fantastic job! They jacked everything up and replaced 3 huge beams, sister'd all the trusses, replaced a valley beam, poured new footings, new posts and columns and new custom milled soffit. It is absolutely beautiful and we've been able to sleep knowing that it was done right and the roof is now strong enough to handle our snow loads. Best of all - they were a blast to work with!!!

They were fantastic for our small house project. I needed help with 1) pouring a cement pad far back in my backyard, 2) pouring a 40 foot by 1 foot cement mow strip and setting poles for an upcoming chain link fence, and 3) removing and replacing 100 feet of sidewalk. Each issue came with some distinct challenges due to access to the yard and being on a steep hill. I was able to work with them, and they definitely listened. I've done cement work before with another company, and that company insisted I get out of the way and refused to listen to my concerns, and the result was not what I wanted
