Falk Construction is a true custom homebuilder. If our customers needs a lot that they want there dream home built on we can assist in that as well. Once the lot is secure, we can build from plans you have or from plans we provide, or any plans for that matter. There's no style of home that we can't build and with more than 40 years of experience you can trust we can get the job done!
After plans are selected and through the customary approvals, the real fun begins. What makes a custom home truly custom is the ability for the customer to decide on all of the details that makes a house a home. Falk Construction Inc. is committed to building homes and commercial projects that aren't just attractive and well built, but are as energy efficient as possible as well. That's why we put energy efficiency first as a standard practice. An impact feature that sets us apart is our superior HVAC system, with a 96% Carrier furnace and a 16 steer AC unit with custom ductwork that is specifically engineered for each home.

Great experience with our basement finish! Contractor and subs showed up when they said they would. All subs were extremely professional and left the job site clean and tidy each day. We got a great result and they complete the job well under budget. Thanks to Dennis and his subs for a job well done!

I've been in the Real Estate Construction and Development business for the past 25 years. I've used Falk Construction for the building of Spec Homes, building additions, garages and complete renovations over the years. Many of these projects involved complex framing and engineering. Falk Construction was able to handle these projects every time. I would definitely recommend using them due to their extensive expertise and many years of experience.
