Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Responsiveness
They were referred to us by 2 paying customers. I called and set up an appointment for a urgent ducting fix and the day of the appointment he was a no show. I then called and texted to see about rescheduling and He was not responsive.

System doesn't work they have been back 2 times still doesn't work...... 3rd time he is a no show would not recommend this guy at all. System runs non stop my electric bill is higher than when I had window units . The window units did a better job than the system they installed

We called Mershon's from a referral to come out and inspect our A/C after another company said we needed a new unit. Troy said we didn't and it just needed cleaned. He checked the freon levels too and said they were fine. Honest, dependable service at a more than fair price. He even texted later that day to make sure everything was still good! I had him come back to get my furnace ready for winter and experienced the same great service. I am recommending him to all my family and friends.
