I had no A/C last week. Called them around 8:30am, and they came out the same day at 12:00pm. My tech was very friendly and knowledgeable. The capacitor was bad and he fixed it very quickly. I will definitely use them again, and I will recommend them to family and friends who are looking for an HVAC company.

Has to be the worst heat and Hvac I've ever dealt with. I live in Urbana which is only 15 minutes from their office and they slip by a $50 travel charge in their bill which was never mentioned when I made the appointment. When I disputed the invoice, they would not return messages and sent it right to collections. Shady family business! Two weeks after they services the furnace, it stored working because of a dirty flame sensor. Isn't that suppose to be part if the maintenance that was performed? Save yourself headaches and don't use them!!!
