Capital Home Builders designed and built our home in 2020. We are extremely satisfied with the overall experience having never built a home from scratch before. The process seemed overwhelming at first, but Jeff, Dwight and their entire team made it very easy. They were transparent, flexible, available and always made requested changes and questions with a smile, at least to us! They have continued to work with us on any issues after the house was completed to make sure we are completely satisfied. We highly recommend them to new home buyers.

Capital built our home when we relocated from California in 2017, so they were our first choice when it came to adding on a 3rd garage. Jeff Dinos was "on it" from design to completion. His subcontractors and support team were professional and dedicated to making it a beautiful addition to our home. My husband and I had Capital Home Builders as our builder for our home in Savannah Lake Village. The process was made relatively worry free, from beginning to end. They have a well organized process with a great group of recommended suppliers that make the custom building process easy and affordable. Jeff and Dwight are very customer focused and are great at providing ideas and options with related costs so there are no surprises; we got exactly what we wanted. It has been a year since we moved into our wonderful home that Capital Builders built for my wife and I. We are still amazed at how fortunate we were to find Jeff and Dwight to turn our dream home into a reality.

Highly recommend. We looked at other builders and chose Capital based on what we saw on the websites; and very happy that we did. We met with Dwight and signed a contract the same day. We chose a floor plan from a magazine and Capital turned it into exactly what we wanted. They were very easy to work with and we did not make it easy for them as we changed our minds on floor plans on several occasions. Jeff did not hesitate to make changes of which we were not happy as they really do care about keeping with the homeowners ideas and wants. Both Jeff and Dwight are very professional, and very likable

Since my wife and I have been married, this is our sixth house. Four out of those six have been new construction. I have to say that our present home, a Capital Home, is by far the best in construction quality, materials and overall value. The construction process was easy. The choices we had in finishes, many without upgrades were incredible. The responsiveness of both Jeff and Dwight were immediate. We love our new home and Savannah Lakes Village. We highly recommend contacting the folks at Capital Home Builders to anyone interested in relocating to this beautiful part of South Carolina.
