Our experience with Stell Exteriors could not have been better. Teric is very personable, and with his expert knowledge about all aspects of roofing made us feel very confident in giving him our work orders for two roofs that we had to have done.
His men were very professional, and completed the work in one day, for each roof, and completely cleaned up all debris that was left from the installations.
It was a pleasure working with this very reputable company.

Stell Exteriors did a complete face-lift on a 24 unit condo complex (Sunset Harbour)from top to bottom when I was on the board of directors. They were nothing short of awesome. Teric the owner was on site everyday and explained the progress on a daily basis. I highly recommend Stell Exteriors!

Wow! I just had my roof replaced by Stell and I couldn’t be more pleased. They are super courteous, responsive and fairly priced. My roof was removed and replaced in one day and they cleaned up the site perfectly before they left. I enjoyed working with them and will definitely call them in the future for siding replacement. Thanks again.

Chris Vincent puts the Stella in "Stella Exteriors" We had hole in our home from a squirrel and a leaky 30 year old garden spigot. After doing the research and getting bids from various contractors we went with Chris. He was prompt, courteous, reasonable, and professional. He was in an out in a jiff and did such a great job. SO much so that now I'm dusting off the old project list to start budgeting for him to do. Highly recommended you wont be disappointed

I’ve used Stell both personally and in a referral basis with great success.
They respond quickly, give a fair quote for the work that needs to be done, and complete the job to a level that is hard to find from the average “stick on sign” contractors.

In spite of the rating criticism about your 2+ week non-response to a customer, I decided to request a proposal in the hopes it was a “one off” situation as you tried to rationalize in your online response.
On 9/24 I requested a proposal and was told you were “sending the estimator out right away”. By 10/9 I had heard nothing from you and followed up. At that point the lady indicated “he will be going out as soon as possible”. Now here it is 11/13 and you send a proposal, nearly two months after the original request, with absolutely no interim contact from you!
That would be bad enough

We contacted Stell Exteriors to install siding on our home. We got several quotes from other companies. We decided to go with Stell Exteriors because of their excellent reputation and quality workmanship. My wife and I are very pleased with their work and the great customer service we received. Not only will I recommend Stell Exteriors to anyone, I will be using them next year when we are planning to install a new roof.

I needed a new roof for my garage / apartment building. After the mandatory three estimates and reference checks with Gloucester and Cape May County consumer affairs departments, I picked Stell exteriors. Teric, the owner, measured my roof, and recommended a T.P.O. product for the low slopes of my roof, and a regular 25 year shingle for the steeper sections. He surveyed my kitchen area and suggested more support beams be placed in that area. He gave me a total price of two jobs, new support beams, tear off of old roof down to plywood, and the only extra ( $ 200:00 ) was the replacement of rotten
