Fantastic with their work! They came to my home very quickly, and brought out for estimate and was given a true fair price. The employee was very respectful, spoke professionally the that highest manner. The final project came out in perfect standards, it is exactly as how I Invisioned my roof to like once completed. Couldn't have asked for a better job done.

Had a very nice rep come to my door after someone down the street had used them and scheduled an estimate as I was looking to replace my gutters anyway, the timing was great. I was asked about my wife when scheduling which was weird it was assumed I had a wife (I don't have a partner at all) but ok I know them from a few people.
Had 2 very nice guys come out and gave me a hard sell. I started it off by saying I just want an estimate and *will not* be signing anything. The sales pitch was really convincing. I work in electrical but didn't know about some of the products they use which are really

After having 3 other companies come out this was the first company to actually come out and go ON the roof to look around before quoting me a price and telling me exactly what was needed and backed it up with photos and video. Honest company, no BS, they did what they said they were going to do and charge what they said, no hidden cost. Simple financing and worked within our budget , and quality work. Would recommend them in a heart beat ! Great way to do business.

Our salesman was very friendly and extremely thorough with his presentation. If you have a rep coming out to your house expect them to spend 2 hours looking at your roof and delivering their pitch. They explain the high quality of everything they do but the presentation feels a little over the top. I think it's to justify the price. They leave the quote to the very last second of the presentation. Ours was triple the cost of our leading neighborhood roofer. Our jaws were on the floor. From the presentation I can see how detailed they are and that they use the best materials but this isn't the roofer

I had Surf & Turf roofing do a repair for me a few years ago. While they were at my house they tried to convince me to get a new roof and gave me an astronomical estimate. However, I decided to just go with the work I had called them about since my roof was only 18 years old. After the work was done, which i will say was done well, I was told by friends, co-workers, etc that I had paid WAY TOO MUCH for the work they did. Water under the bridge, that was my fault. I should've gotten more than just 2 estimates (I had gone with the higher of the two for what I thought would be better quality work

Very satisfied with the entire company.
Jim Decarlo was an excellent salesman and pin pointed where the leak was coming from, he then gave me three option with three different prices to choose from. The installation crew was fantastic. They removed a potion of the roof and then matched the shingles perfectly. They did an excellent job in cleaning up and had a magnetic tool to clean up any nails on the ground. Excellent front desk woman named Karen. Five stars to the entire company. Job well done.

Had part of the roof done and it’s still leaking. They won’t return calls even though they “guaranteed” they would come back for any leaks since the roof is supposed to have a 15 year warranty.
