Stevens Construction Group Inc. has been building in North and South Carolina for over 27 years. Ron Stevens builds between 4 to 10 custom and speculative homes each year, in addition to upfits of commercial space. Ron also works as a land developer in communities like Drayton Hall Estates in Weddington.

John Cassaro is one of the customers that Ron Stevens has helped. He states We bought a lot where Ron was building a home, then customized his plan to suit our needs, expanding the kitchen and adding a large screened porch.
We fell in love with HighGrove and found a house Ron was building that was at the [framing] stage. We loved the porches.
