We had a great experience working with Darby, Richard and their teams. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. They came up with a great design after talking through our goals and were flexible on changes we wanted to make to meet our schedule and budget. The installation very high quality and on--schedule....project management was engaged and timely communicated progress and any unforeseen issues that arose which were easily resolved. Highly recommend Inside Outside spaces.

Incredibly rude and arrogant on the phone. I called to order an outdoor fireplace. The man on the phone immediately belittled me and essentially called my contractor incompetent and tried to tell me I should have used them for my entire project. He told me it would be a minimum of $5000 and he didn’t want to waste his time even emailing me options if I couldn’t afford it. He said it as if he was already assuming I couldn’t. Beth came out to our home to discuss a patio makeover. Very friendly and courteous, but after she took the measurements she never got back to us and I even called a few weeks after to follow-up and see if an estimate was ready. Never received a call back. She or the company could have at least called back to say they couldn't do the project. Very unprofessional and discourteous to not at least communicate.

This company is flakey. We had a pretty positive initial consultation with Darby at our home to discuss plans for a couple projects we were looking to do. Darby took measurements, asked questions, and was not pushy to get us to do extra projects that maybe we weren't ready for. He even suggested doing the work in phases which we thought was a great idea. However, after this consult, we tried to contact Darby numerous times over two + months to move forward with the first phase. No one has gotten back with us. It has me thinking that maybe the project was viewed as too small and didn't deserve the

We are SO happy with Inside Outside Spaces that we have already recommended them to a good friend for their project. We had a tricky situation with a tree that we wanted to save so the whole project was designed around the growing tree. We had a few other companies come out to quote the project, but none of them gave us the confidence in being able to do it like Inside Outside Spaces did. They missed their initial appointment with us and called over an hour later with an excuse. Beth called us back and said they could do a verbal quote for us. Once my husband explained what we were looking for, Beth said unless the project was more than $15,000 they wouldn't take us on during their "busy" season. We called them because of THEIR advertisement, what poor service.

Simply put, Rosalie, Beth and their team are the best! Not only did they design and build the backyard of our dreams, they fulfilled every one of our requests with patience and creativity right down to the most minute detail. Our experience with Inside OUTSIDE Spaces was a great one! From the initial meeting, planning, and choosing of materials, to the construction and completion. It's been my previous experience that I cannot trust the construction industry to complete quality work with integrity, so while we ventured into this backyard re-do with trepidation, I can honestly say Inside OUTSIDE Spaces went beyond our expectations! The company was professional, honest, delivered what they promised, finished before the completion date agreed upon, and we LOVE our new back yard!

I would definitely recommend Inside OUTSIDE spaces to all. It was a very easy and professional process from the start. John came out talked with us to get a feel of what we were looking for in our backyard. Made some measurements and a week later had a design that was just what we'd imagined. Just a few tweaks of the plantings and we were on the schedule. The crew was awesome as well. They did great work and treated our property like it was their own. The finished product is spot on with the plan. Love the space and can't wait to get years of enjoyment out of it.
