Scottys plumbing installed a tankless water heater in my parents house several years ago. They went to sell the house this year and the home inspector observed that the vent was installed by Scottys incorrectly causing potential for carbon monoxide to release into the house. We've contacted Scottys hoping they would remedy the issue. They were initially responsive and scheduled an appointment to take a look at the issue. As soon as they realized the appointment was to correct a potentially deadly issue that they had previously installed they became unresponsive. These guys are dangerous, unresponsive

Scotty's plumbing replaced my water heater tank a few years back. It's time for a new heater. Upon calling for them to schedule service, the lady that answer the phone was unprofessional, not motivated to assist nor earn my my business again. No business should answer the phone by saying "Hello"....they should identify themselves as a business or at least a name. She made no effort to even ask what was wrong or my plumbing needs. Why does Scotty's have no reviews? I went with JARED's plumbing, it was night and day just on the call alone.
