Having been a plumber since 1999, our owner/founder, Billy Bostick decided to establish Pioneer Plumbing & Septic in 2009. He started working from home out of his pickup truck and performed every job with a commitment to integrity and professionalism. Today, because of that commitment, we have an entire team of licensed plumbers, registered apprentices and qualified dispatch and office personnel who are likewise committed to these principles.

Courtney got me on the schedule first thing in the morning even when I reached out to them late the previous night. They were prompt, extremely knowledgeable and were not satisfied until they were absolutely sure the drain was clear once more. Excellent service, excellent people. Will absolutely use them again.

Nick, the plumber, explained the work needed to my sewer line. He removed a toilet in order to extend a camera into that section of sewer line to show me the line's condition. Earlier this month Nick hydro-jetted the main sewer lines so a camera could reveal what was in good shape and what wasn't. It's been a process, but now there's a plan in place. Nick has explained in detail all our options. I'm confident that Pioneer Plumbing is the only plumbing company I'll ever need to call.

Charging $7,000 to $10,000 for a tankless water heater that cost anywhere from $1500-$1900. I completely understand that you have to pay for somebody to do work and it’s not just plug and play but charging five to $8000 for labor is a little excessive. My recommendation is to call around to all the plumbers that wanna come to your house to do on-site estimates have them show up at once. The employees were very nice just don’t care for the pricing.

Kevin and Breidin were very professional. I especially was appreciative that they explained everything beforehand with no surprises. They arrived on time and worked diligently throughout the day...very nice to work with. They also were very neat and left my home very clean. I would not hesitate to recommend them for any kind of plumbing issues.

Nick did a superior job repiping my water well & insulating it for winter. I very much appreciate that he arrived on time, was cheerful & professional, had everything necessary to do the job & when he finished the project it looked & performed like brand new. I highly recommend Nick as well as the past plumbers that have been sent out by Pioneer Plumbing over the last several years.

Nick did a fantastic job and addressed all my concerns with ease. This was my second use of Pioneer and Nick responded to both calls at my rental properties. The office staff made scheduling a breeze and communications were polite and professional. As the top rated plumbing that I found in my area, they did not disappoint. All aspects were top shelf and professional. They may not be a known national company (so you are not paying for a marketing campaign), however you have all the benefits as if they were. Ease of scheduling, reminders of the appointment and followup were all great. Nick the technician knew his stuff and resolved the problem quickly. This was not what I experienced previously. Nick took the time to inform me of issues and remedies and how to prevent in the future. He explained it so you did not need to be a plumber to understand

Professional, friendly people! They were able to provide same-day service and arrived within hours of my call. The plumber, Bill, that came to the house was super nice, knowledgeable, and professional. He brought an apprentice along who was also very personable and professional. They let me watch the entire process and explained it along the way. I appreciate all of the extra information that Bill gave me and the time he took to explain everything. I would most definitely use the company again in the future.
