I was very impressed with the service. The job was completed quickly and neatly. The technician had to open up the wall and when he was done you'd never know there was a hole. Pleasant, professional and respectful.

I was very impressed with the service I received from Kintex Plumbing Technician Marin. He was Amazing, knowledgeable, Respectful, Polite, Professional, Honest and his Customer Service was awesome. I paid American Home Shield and the first Plumbing company they send to fixed the same issues and they didn't. Kintex Plumbing Technician Marin was able to do and did it with Excellence. This is a home warranty claim - My water heater stopped working and needed to be replaced. The Kintex technician came out and said that it needed to be replaced and that the vent was in the wrong location on the roof. Kintex suggested that the claim be turned down because of the issue with the roof vent although the water heater needs to be replaced. I had an inspector come out and he stated the vent is in the correct location and would not prevent the replacement of the water heater. Very disappointed in this company. I ended up doing it myself! If I had used your services I would have paid a lot more and waited at least another week without hot water. Your technician was courteous and respectful, but had a lot of work to do before me. I don't see why he came by to tell me he could only start the job sometime after the weekend. Ugh!

Worst experience! Unprofessional treatment and bad customer service. Poor plumbing job for resulted in in reduction of pressure in the water system. Bad procedure and issues with inlet valve. When call to check, the person came to my house with aggressive behavior, shouting and claiming he did not have any responsibility. We have to call a real plumber company and paid to sobe the problems you created. Definitely, not recommended a shame we had that experience.

Kintex was sent out by our warranty company for a slow shower leak. Technician said he couldn’t find a leak. We showed him a video of it actively leaking. He said well it’s not leaking now. This is second time this company has just taken our call out fee and done nothing. Called our own plumber who found the leak and fixed it. I would not recommend this company.

Kintex is very difficult to communicate with. They are a FL and TX company with an automated phone system. To speak with anyone it takes several phone prompts and a wait time of 45 mins ( if you are first in que) The person answering has no plumbing knowledge. They scheduled a plumber, then called the day scheduled and rescheduled 7 days later. We canceled the service and called a local plumber who arrived within 1 hour of our call.

The delay between the troubleshoot visit and the repair visit was 10 days during which time I was unable to use my shower having to go to the gym for that purpose.
The technician was crass at the best but got the job done and was able to repair the tile he had broken out quickly and cosmetically very well.

The technician was timely and quick and and very efficient. He has to come out twice because I wasn't ready, and I got no complaints! They did great service and were very responsive whenever I called or had a question and even when I forgot to respond myself. It was a great value for the service I got. The next time I have an issue I'll call them directly instead of going through my home warranty company!

This is not a reliable company and I would not recommend them. They collected the service fee ahead of the visit and claimed that "home owner was not present" when they arrived. In fact, we were at home waiting for them, our garage door open, with both vehicles parked inside. They refused to come back and perform the plumbing service unless they were paid another service fee.

Would not recommend !!! They came to my home assigned American HomeShield. I had 3 problems, they only fixed my clogged kitchen sink. They took pictures of the other problems and wrote a report that there were no problems, I still have 2 leaks that were not fixed.
They want the easy money, no work.

I wanted to write a quick comment with regards to service I just received from Antonio at Kintex Plumbing. Antonio provided excellent service! He was professional, on time (and called me to let me know he was on his way), and what I appreciated the most was how he explained in detail the issues and how he would correct them (and how to avoid the problem from reoccurring). He left with all jobs complete and working perfect! I will recommend Kintex company to others based on my experience with Antonio! Keep up the good work!

This company was contracted through my home warranty company. The plumber that showed up was rude and disrespectful from the first moment. I had a issue with stoppage and there was a visible issue that there was stoppage, but the plumber came up with every excuse to NOT address the issue (and continued with his rudeness and disrespect). He refused to even do a simple snake of the line to ensure it was clear. I ended up asking him to leave my home. If I could give this company 0 stars, I would.

Absolute frauds! This company was assigned through my home warranty company. The "plumber" (and I use the word loosely) came with a phone with camera to tackle my issue of a dripping faucet (NOT a tool bag). I had a problem with my water heater in February 2021 and my warranty company assigned the job to Kintex Company. At the first visit of the technician, he said the gas control valve was bad and ordered a new one to replace it. After the replacement, the problem was not fixed. I informed my warranty company who sent them back. The same technician who replaced the control valve showed up the second time and said again that the gas control valve is bad and needed to be replaced. They canceled my two appointments. They canceled the appointment the day they were scheduled to do the job, how bad it could be, they scheduled the third time and I am without hot water for more than a month. As the other reviewer said they did the same thing to me, saying that the appointment was not confirmed, and they tried to contact me and could not leave a voicemail, bs, I am getting all other calls and voicemails.

Sh!tty customer service: My home warranty set an appointment - with a 3 day notice - with these guys and they fail to show up. When I call them to send a guy, they say we left you a voicemail (none received!) to confirm an appointment - THAT WAS ALREADY CONFIRMED by the home warranty company. Our water heater has been acting up since we purchased our home last summer. We contacted our home warranty company who gave the job to Kintex Plumbing. Kintex was relatively quick to respond and showed up within 2-3 days. That is where the good experience stopped.

Terrible workmanship....came twice, promised leak would stop (please see photo). Also, installed water line that wasn't necessary. Called last Friday, Dora said she would call back. This is now Wednesday, following week and NO call back. They guarantee work for 30 days

Not only did he not repair anything, Sears said he told them that the faucet was broken by force!! He told me it was corrosion!! Sears said that voided the warranty!!!!!! He told me he could not get under the sink due to wet a board.

AHS is a joke, and so is Kintex Plumbing, one of their contractors. I had a water pipe leak and the plumber refused to even try to fix it saying that, as AHS contractors, if there is not open access to the pipe, they won't work on it! They wanted me to remove the wall of the island that the sink was on, despite having plenty of access from the front of the sink (although they would knock out the wall and replace it for an extra fee). Long story short, I contracted another plumbing company which fixed the problem quickly, without removing any part of the wall. Of course, AHS refused to refund

Never called, had to call them multiple times. Tried to charge +$600 for home warranty repair "code upgrades" that were unnecessary. its costs only around $1200 for a regular plumber to replace a water heater. Why a few minor "non covered" items would account for half that cost is nothing less than a scam to pad the bill. Customer service manager, Dora, called me a liar . I've had some bad service before but this is the worst. Worst follow up, worst phone system, and worse rip off. I'll be cancelling my Sears Home Warranty too.

I would give them a negative review if I was able to do it. They were sent out by my warranty company and never fixed anything after being sent out three times by the warranty company for not fixing it at all over one weeks time. Do not use them and ask for another company!!!!

I had read the reviews here and on BBB which is higher rated than Yelp. But after my experience with Kintex, I agree with Yelp rating.
