It turned out I only needed to replace the flapper on my toilet to fix my immediate problem – something I could easily do myself – but I didn’t know that at the time I called Cooper Plumbing. My ex has always handled home repairs, but now it’s on me to figure it out. Needless to say, online reviews were extremely important to me in deciding who to call. I called CP because of their overall excellent reviews. I was not disappointed – great response time, exceptional customer service, knowledge, professionalism – 5 stars all around… I was told upfront that a fee of $49 would be charged

Travis was incredible! We live in a 70s fixer upper that continues to surprise us with all her issues! I was noticing that the trim in our bathroom was rotting but I had no clue why! Travis came in and immediately found the leak. He even went over and above to advise me on how to remodel the bathroom! He fixed our leaking bathtub and we were able to use it that night!

I had Cooper Plumbing replace the ball value on the main line coming into the house, as the old one the handle had rusted. They were quick and very professional. While I thought they were a litte pricey, the work quailty was excellent and I would use them again.

My service was not an emergency to me it was to my wife lol. I did call this morning they came out this afternoon it was finished within an hour and the price was fair! The technician was courteous, And he left the work area, my bathroom, as he found it, clean. I will be recommending Cooper Plumbing Houston.

Travis and his team did a great job changing the design of our circulation line system. I previously had a system that used a valve to allow for use of the cold water line to circulate hot water to the master bathroom. Travis redesigned the system to have a dedicated line for the circulation of the hot water system. This is a much more reliable system. They were professional and performed good work the right way with consideration for future servicing. I highly recommend these folks.

Was very happy with their prompt service. We didn’t need an immediate repair, but they were able to schedule very soon after I reached out. Travis was responsible and professional, handling our valve repair as soon as he could locate the part. Wish the price had been lower, but we do understand that plumbing can be a costly repair. Would recommend and hope to use again.

I called these guys and they were able to come out on the same day. The guy that came (Scott) was very polite, professional and knowledgable. I liked the way I received text updates about the appointment being scheduled, plumber being on the way, etc. I would recommend. (Yes, plumbers are pricey but any significant work will be)

Yes, highly recommend this company. I have used them on several occasions and have been very satisfied with their work. Most importantly is the quick response of the office staff when scheduling my service. Scott came out at the scheduled time and was very personable and knowledgeable. He explained several options available and pricing. I agreed… and all services were preformed then and there. This included a toilet installation, which he had in his truck and replacing a P-trap in our kitchen. They may be a little more expensive but it is worth every penny to get good service when needed

These are my new plumbers. Prompt service and very knowledge. Mark came out and had the backup in the drain fixed quickly. He was very neat and cleaned everything up. He was very nice to talk to and gave me some pointers about keeping my drain clear because of roots in the system. The pricing was very fair too. Always fast and thorough! No water last evening and learned the water softener had failed and was blocking the flow into the house. I called Cooper plumbing and a real person answered the phone at 8:30pm and was able to provide an appointment first thing the next morning. Always friendly and efficient. I highly recommend Cooper Plumbing - 3rd time using them and have had consistent high level of service each time.
