Balton Construction, Inc. was selected as the general contractor, with Gregg Plamer being the project manager. Balton Construction and their selected sub-contractors, completed the project on time and we are very impressed with the finished product. We have been working with Balton approximately a year and a half and have found them to be an attentive and conscientious contractor.
