The Preserve at Rice Lake is a new and exciting single family development consisting of 16 new homesites to be exclusively built on by Knoblauch Builders, LLC and is conveniently located to nearby shopping and within walking or biking distance of downtown Chanhassen. The Preserve at Rice Lake development will have a trailhead at the end of the cul-de-sac that is a direct link to the new Rice Marsh Lake walking and biking trail.
The first time we met John Knoblauch was at one of his model homes during the Parade of Homes season. We had already selected another builder and had put money down on a lot, but were still visiting models for ideas. After our casual visit with John, we called our builder and cancelled! Mr. Knoblauch's down to earth approach, practical ideas and straight forward explanation of his building techniques really resonated with us.
