This company has excellent customer service skills. They are very responsive and professional. Alex and Eric inspected and quickly fixed an issue with a roof skylight leak at no charge. They were informative about the causes and possible long term fix. There was no high pressure to upsell . I highly recommend this company.

I was amazed at how well they cleaned up after they were finished. We are very happy with our windows. We appreciated their knowledge of their product and willingness to work with us. Everyone I dealt with from start to finish was professional and courteous, we had a few scheduling delays which were unavoidable but it was finished in one day. These guys were great to work with on my roofing project. Eric and Alex came to my home and inspected my roof, siding and window damage. They walked me through the process and answered any questions that I had. Their crews were on time and professional. I love my new roof and the other repairs were great. Also saved some money! Carmody Builders replaced our old roof. They did a great job! Colin the sales rep was very knowledgeable, respectful and listened or problems so the roof could be repaired correctly. On the day it was installed he came back and once the old shingles were off, we went up on the roof together along with Brad, Carmody's superintendant. We had more damaged plywood than expected. We all agreed it needed to be replaced. He gave us a fair deal on the additional work to be done. As I used to manage a custom home building business in Naperville and purchase building materials at my current job, I know roofs

Great work! Called Carmody construction to come look at my roof. I had wind damage on my roof with a ton of missing shingles. Alex and Eric came out and did a full inspection. They were very professional and informative. They answered all my questions, when I called or text them they answered or responded immediately. They worked great with my insurance and as soon as the work got approved they had a crew out that week to do the roof install and it looks great! They took care of all the communication with my insurance when it came to the repair process. Thank you Alex, Eric, and Carmody construction
