BWTC can provide complete design-build services for both Remodeling and New construction. Under this arrangement, we meet with the client to determine their building needs and budget parameters. We then work with our 3D conceptual program to develop a floor plan design which satisfies the needs and desires of the client while maintaining focus on constructibility, schedule, and budget.
We offer complete REO and foreclosure services to local realtors and financial institutions in the Bradenton and Sarasota area. Due to the demand for reliable REO and foreclosure services we are now providing service in Manatee, Sarasota, St. Petersburg and Ruskin. Also see our Handyman division for those odd jobs.
