Had trees removed and new ones planted. Now I have one very dead tree
and others planted with burlap still on
that don't look too good. Roots were
supposed to be removed but pieces
were left sticking up-- the ground a mess..Owner has told me he would fix this the beginning of the week- that was months ago. My check was cashed though. Very disappointed in this shoddy treatment!

I needed 2 trees removed because one broke and landed on the other holding it up but both were hanging over my house. I needed these removed before the weekend due to the forecast of remnants of Hurricane Dorian coming. Not wanting to risk them both coming down I contacted several tree services for this emergency and Allscapes was able to meet my time deadline. Sean and his 3 man crew were all over this. They knew what they had to do and Sean ensured that they followed his lead on how to tackle this very difficult job. One wrong cut or the premature removal of certain limbs would have caused

I had a large oak tree on my property line that was leaning into my neighbor's yard; it was starting to develop rot in its base and had an ant infestation. I decided to have it removed, and called AllScapes, a local company close to my residence. The company owner, Sean, visited to assess the situation and plan the removal with me.
Sean's crew subsequently arrived and performed their work in an impressive manner. They took great care and were skillful in ensuring that no falling debris entered the adjoining property. Lastly, they cleaned the work area and left it in better condition

I have been cut off more times than I can count on route 2 in Exeter by this company's crews. They have been doing work at a business that I was at and also blew sand all around my car. I would NEVER hire them simply based on the fact that they have no disregard for their customer's customer and also for fellow drivers on the road. I would not imagine them to be courteous, timely, or careful if on my property.

One of their trucks cut me off on route 2 the other day. Second time this has happened. I had to jam on my brakes hard and the guy behind me nearly hit me. No blinker, he easily saw me but I guess he just figured since he's in a large truck with a trailer her can just do whatever he wants. If they have this little regard for someones life I can't imagine they would care about your landscaping either. Learn to drive.

Pretty pleased with All-Scapes work! We had several trees that were dangerously leaning over the roof and power lines and I contacted 3 different tree service companies for quotations. 2 of them, upon showing up for the work, decided on the spot that they couldn't do it: one due to the ground being too soft and not supporting their equipment; the other due to fear that their equipment would crack my driveway (why didn't they mention this when they gave me the quotations to begin with?) All-Scapes was different - they have specialized light-weight equipment that helps minimize damage

Would like to give no stars. Basically, ..no call/no show for an appointment to give me an estimate on a landscape project. The appointment was for 430. By 445 no call, no show. It took 2 calls to the office for the guy doing the estimates to call me back . When he did, his message was that he had a 4 pm (or now, according to an email from All-Scape, he was leaving at 4 pm) in Narragansett and couldn't make a 430 in north providence bc of beach traffic. Well, even in the dead of winter, that's a 50 minute drive, so I don't understand how they're scheduling appointments...
