Had Mike Clark in for HVAC maintenance, first time customer. He spent a lot of time checking my systems, showed me a few things that had my AC not working up to capacity. This was due to carelessness by my prior service company. He fixed the issues, charged a fair price, and has earned my future business. I highly recommend Air Carolina VS the "big" boys that just want to sell you stuff you do not need.

I scheduled a semi-annual HVAC checkup. The technician arrived on time, wore shoe covers when he entered my house, and was polite and professional. He did what needed to be done, replaced the filter, put everything back as he found it. Whatever he did, he corrected a problem I'd had with my thermostat. Service was about $150; not cheap but worth the expense to keep my HVAC unit running efficiently.

I was referred to Mike Clark after another company tried to get me to replace my AC unit. Mike showed up within an hour of receiving my call and treated me like family. Mike is the BEST!! If I could give 10 stars, I would! Mike came highly recommended by a friend of mine, after two failed attempts by my home warranty company to fix my HVAC. After the second contractor came through and diagnosed my system with a leak in the evap coil, they then quoted me SEVEN HUNDRED & FIFTY DOLLARS to replace $100 in parts not covered by the warranty. As a single woman and sole provider, I felt crushed by their insanely high markup.
