Michael provided exactly the type of HVAC service that I was looking for. I had an undersized system in the upstairs of my house with some idea of what needed to be done to fix it. Michael listened to my problems, talked me through the technical issues and what options I had to correct them. We ended up replacing and the entire system including all the duct work with a unit that was properly sized and controlled to evenly heat/cool the space for years to come. If only every service experience was like this. Michael from Z-Mech arrived exactly when he said he would, he had all but one part with him on his truck and quickly got the remaining one, he was very detailed about what the problem was and how he was going to repair it, upfront about all costs, and worked late into the day to make sure we didn't go to sleep without A/C. I'd give him 6 stars if I could. Can't recommend highly enough.
