I used to work for Bill in 2009 and know he’s a caring guy. He now has a sub contractor who installs and they’re not only polite and professional but also friendly AND they used drop cloths.
I tried a few others when Bill was busy but never got good service. Bill installed our new condenser and furnace and we got a great deal because we did it before the busy season. Don’t wait til the hottest time of year or be like my friend who not only paid top dollar but also had to wait three weeks because everyone was booked already.

We have used Williams for many years now. Anytime we have had problems they have responded often within hours. In the past 2 yrs, we have needed to replace both of our units, we wouldn't consider using anyone else. Thanks Bill. We decided to be proactive and have A plan for our units to be checked out in spring and fall

This company is great! I called 8:45 in the morning and the person told me they will be on my front door at 11AM. Guess what, the technician was 5 minutes early! He was professional and easy to converse with. I believe his name was Bill. He checked my AC unit and traced the problem. New capacitors replaced and installed in less than 20 minutes! I'd recommend them to my neighbors and friends. Thank you, Bill!

They were responsive and on time, but super expensive and overpriced. They came out and diagnosed my AC and gave me an extremely high price. I paid the service charge and decided to call someone else to do the work. The other company came and fixed it for half of the cost. Taking advantage of desperate sweaty people in the middle of summer is not good business.
