Tri-State Plumbing, Heating, & Air Conditioning Contractors, Inc. (TSP) has been engaged in commercial, industrial, and institutional plumbing in the Memphis area since 1974. N. H. Shah, Sr. began TSP with a background in mechanical engineering, which serves as an asset in other types of construction such as fast track CPM and design build construction.

Tri-State Plumbing has developed wide experience in the plumbing & pharmaceutical construction of hospitals. The evolving medical field is always demanding for renovation of existing facilities. Tri-State also specializes in the construction of high technology plumbing and pharmaceutical systems in new hospitals with extensive knowledge of NFPA 99C as applicable.
Commercial projects require a specialized and unique combination of design and coordination. Each job site can have very specific characteristics, but all require a systematic approach to complete the job on schedule. Tri State has successfully accomplished these goals by providing services to the government and the largest corporations in the Mid-South.
