We had a number of bids and theirs was the most thorough and detailed - it was clear what work they were performing. It went great. When the workers found additional problem areas, Riverside Roofing called right away and explained the situation.

Professional and clean. They were in an out in less than 2 days. Full tear off, new roof, facia boards and gutters. Would highly recommend. They left my garden beds cleaner than before they were there. Great communication and timely.

I would not recommend Riverside Roofing to anyone. The work I could see and understand was sloppy. For example, chimney counterflashing in the contract was not installed until we pointed out that the original was still on the house(and when it was done, had to be re-done by the owner personally because it was so poorly done the first time). In another example, skylights were installed, requiring some framing - and the framer cut one of the wood pieces several inches short - so short that they used at least a dozen nails to try to keep it together.

After getting a couple of estimates for a new roof, we decided to go with Riverside Roofing. Their bid was very fair. They explained the roofing process clearly and showed up every day, completing the job sooner than we expected. Their employees were courteous and when they finished the job, they actually left our yard cleaner than when they started. I highly recommend them to anyone needing a new roof.

I enjoyed my experience with Riverside roofing, I had two roofs done. Bids were completed quickly. They fit me in faster than expected which was great. The first roof needed a change after completed. Don made sure it was done and completed right and to my satisfaction. I appreciated his prompt response and customer service. The second roof was fantastic. I have recommended them and will continue to do so.
