We lost our cool air during the hottest day of the year and during a busy weekend. We made an appointment the early we could had hoped we could survive until then. Not long after making the appointment I received a phone call saying a repairman was in the area and wanted to help us out. Thankfully it didn't take long to get the air back on. I have used these guys for over 15 years. They have come on holidays when my old system needed work. They installed a new system for me in June 2020 and it is working wonderfully! The install was done in a professional manner and they left the place in better shape than when they arrived. The price was great and helped me with financing. I love this company. They are very respectful, honoring, and professional. They are also honest. They came in after my a/c when out and believed that a control board was the problem. After testing it was some wiring in the inside of the house and they fixed it. They left and never charged me a dime for it. Side note it is worth the money I pay for the club membership. With that membership they come out twice a year to do maintenance and if some does happen it's like half the cost. I love these guys.
