Matt and the entire team were very professional and went the extra mile to ensure that my unit was replaced in an exceptional amount of time! I had a little accident doing yard work and cut the cord outside to our AC. Out of the 5 local companies I called, my first call back was from Connell’s. They were at my house within 1 hour on a Sunday. Long story short, we ended up needing an entire new AC system in our home. They were fast, definitely friendly and very professional. I will surely recommend Connell's they are very professional and quick to respond! thumbs up to technician Blake for explaining everything in detail what happened or what went wrong to a manner i can understand, and also answers my questions clearly!my AC got 3 problems which needed a full system replacement in a reasonable price. Blake, David and Paul big thank you to y'all! my AC is perfectly working, got 10yrs warranty and will definitely atleast get it checked 2x a yr!

This business is amazing. They came out last year when my air went out and re did the whole system for a reasonable price. They were fast and efficient and I was highly grateful because we were still in the summer months and my house was HOT! Fast forward to last night my very crazy dogs chewed through a wire that connected the system to the… thermostat and my air was out. They had a tech out here within 30 minutes of me calling at 9 pm at night. He tried his best to fix it but needed more parts since it shorted my system. He came bright and early this morning and had my system up in running
