Founded by Robert Conti in 1988, TBC began as a small residential construction service in Monmouth County. With ambition and foresight, TBC quietly became a player in the commercial construction market. In 1995, Robert sought an interior fit-out retail project in Trenton for Levin Management, who at the time were one of the largest retail management companies in the country.
Having completed the Trenton project on time, TBC began a 10 year relationship with the retail giant. Having compiled years of experience and growing a great nucleus of personnel and subcontractors, TBC turned its eyes on the General Contracting / Construction Management field. It is now, and still with an extensive hands on push, TBC can complete projects both big and small.

With a combined 25,000 sqft of construction and renovation, Dean's Natural Food Market has become one of New Jersey's finest privately owned Natural Food Stores. TBC's ability to manage a project from inception to completion shines in the construction of these stores. Having all the elements of Nationally sized food stores, we oversee the completion of an extensive Plumbing, Refrigeration, Electrical, and Kitchen equipment design.
The three factors we look at when assessing new technology are Quality, Efficiency, and Value. We feel that everything we do, new or old, must excel in these categories. This is especially true when assessing new forms of sustainable and green construction. Efficiency is something we strive for but never at the cost of discounting quality or value.
