Services
RBA acts as the General Contractor and provides all of the work required to deliver a fully customized modular home and Certificate of Occupancy. You provide some subcontractor functions and RBA completes everything, up to the Certificate of Occupancy. RBA works with you and your architect to design and construct a fully customized site built home, from start to finish.

Using RBA and modular technology saved us approximately 25% compared to other builders that we interviewed. Considering all the custom features such as built-in bookcases and beautiful decorative mouldings, it is amazing that we were able to finish the project on budget. Robert and Lisa initially researched modular homes because they were in a hurry to move into a new home.
Quality - All modular homes are built under high quality standards in a controlled environment. The homes are typically built with 25% more wood than a traditional site-built home, in order to withstand highway transportation and crane lifting at the site. Construction Time - Modular homes are usually built in about 1/2 of the time a typical site built home can be completed.
To avoid those aggravations, Bill Lashovitz, who was born near Newark and moved to Bradley Beach with his family when he was 13, grew up to become an accountant. Although his parents were "a little disappointed" he didn't go into home building, they still encouraged him. As a CPA, Lashovitz spent many years doing public accounting, commuting to New York City.

RBA Homes was very helpful through this whole process. We had some major issues with our insurance and mortgage companies that caused a lot of stress and delays, but RBA helped us and stayed with us through the whole ordeal, where I feel no other company would have and all would have given up on us. They assured us we would get through it and everything would turn out ok and in the end we ended up with a beautiful home with all the features we wanted and more. It is the house of our dreams. Definitely recommend!

My husband and I purchased our home from RBA Homes over 2 years ago and have never had any regrets. We moved from out of state and relied heavily on reviews like this to narrow down our choice of builders as well. Even after 2 years I know I can call them and they are happy to help me with any questions or concerns I have.

I highly recommend you find someone else to build your home. I did not have a good experience with them and I doubt you will either.
I continue to lose pieces of siding from my house after just a few years, the finishing work was haphazard and you can expect costly surprises along the way due to a lack of due diligence.

As a single woman, I wanted a builder I could trust and have confidence in. RBA started with my budget, square footage and desires and they came up with a perfect plan to fit my lifestyle. Other modular companies just threw a stack of plans at me and said pick one. They were very patient and worked closely with me. I am so glad I selected this builder.
