I was very satisfied with the service, I receive from Guaranteed. Anthony the technician that came knew his stuff, an double check his work. I have a older heating unit that I was having problems with, but no more...knock wood. I believe I have found a company that I can rely on. When it's time to get a new AC/heating system Guaranteed is first in line.

Zach, the tech, who came out to fix our drain outside in our backyard was prompt and arrived on time. He was professional and communicated in detail of what the problem was, what he needed to do and how long the work will be guaranteed for. Zach was very patient and pleasant in answering all our questions we had about the work that needed to be done. He even cleaned up, put everything and showed us a problem and told us how to prevent a situation from getting bigger. I'll use them again for future issues.

I had a faucet on my tub that went bad and called Gauruteed Plumbing around 10:30 am and they had little Jim out at 11:30 am. They had the job done before 1pm and they were great. The work was great and the prices were very reasonable. I highly recommend them for any plumbing needs.
