Edward Hughes & Son

We needed someone to come out for an emergency plumbing repair on New Year's Day. They were timely, courteous, fixed the issue, cleaned up before they left, and were careful to ensure they followed COVID safety guidelines.
So thankful they were able to come out!

Greg, with the assistance of son Greg and Fess, did an excellent job installing new shower and tub units in two of our bathrooms. We could not be more pleased with the results! We commend them on their professionalism, expertise, and attention to detail. They were respectful of our home, accommodating, responsive, and punctual. Greg had done a plumbing job for us previously with which we were equally pleased.

This has been an absolutely horrible experience using Edward Hughes & Sons. I originally had a plumber from their company come out and evaluate my leaking shower and what is needed to fix it. They even ordered a part. Then trying to schedule the follow up appointment to actually come out and fix the issue was a complete nightmare. They actually stood me up 6 times and never showed up! Good luck if you use these guys.

Nice people who do their best considering their length of time in the business. Response in days, service and quotes in days because much if not all their work is outsource to others.

They did a good job , we also did a few price checks from multiple contractors.. Hughes was affordable.

I was told this is a reputable company. Nowadays it seems, as with all other companies, it has gone down the drain. No one cares any more about doing their job right and leaving a customer satisfied. A company who takes pride in their work and who wants someone to come back to their business over and over again because their work is just that good. You do not get that with this company. Due to the inadequacies with the first visit, a second visit was required to come and finish the job. The prices are ridiculous, the workload, later in day, is rigged just to get out the door and call it a day.

This company came in to repair the plumbing in the bathroom which was done complete wrong and backwards. They also fixed and replaced the whole kitchen sink and cabinet in just 4 days. They were a pleasure to have in the home and made this process very seamless. They were professional and courteous. I would use them and recommend them 10x over! Thank you!!
