I Graduated from the " National Center for Construction Research" and earned my HVAC technician certification along with my EPA 608 universal cert, and EPA 609 cert.
After completion of my schooling acquired a job as a facility technician working on commercial HVAC units which included plumbing. After completion of my HVAC apprenticeship, i obtained a job in the plumbing industry, and I have been plumbing ever since. Became a technical trainer for big bay area company.

Charles Saulus was amazing. I called 3 other local businesses to fix my hydronic "pancake" (or "taco") heat exchanger when we discovered the heat no longer worked in our home. All 3 businesses said they couldn't even find someone with the expertise to diagnose the problem, let alone fix it - including the company who installed it! Charles came to our home, listened to me, and immediately diagnosed the problem as an air lock in the heat exchanger's pump. In 30 minutes, our heat was back on.
