Lee has done several jobs for me over the years. He is always quick to answer his phone and has always been able to get to my jobs same day or the following day. He is known for "down selling" clients and helping them by making a few hundred dollar repair instead of bullying them into a new furnace that they do not need. I could not recommend him enough.
