Wasted over 6 months of time and money. Dion is a terrible communicator and doesn't follow though on anything he says he will do. Doesn't respond to any form of communication. (Even email which he claims is his preferred way and has an "assistant". Paid almost $3k for plans and it took 4 months for them to do anything with them and get them approved. Two months later we are still trying to get him to commit to starting the project. Glad we aren't out $40k and have an unfinished project. Do not be tricked by this guy. Dion did not respond to each and every text and email I sent. I would be happy

This team did a fantastic job remodeling our shower. Every person that came into the home was great to work with, we did experience some delays due to errors in material processing but everything was communicated and handled in an exceptional manner. We did have a question near completion but Dion setup a follow up with the responsible party and was able to correct my concerns. Looking forward to having Dion and team quote future projects.

I was very impressed with the COVID precautions taken durning my project. Everyone that entered my home had mask on and was very kind and courteous Dion address all of my questions before and during the process. I am very please with the French door installation, the slabs of concrete to extend my patio, installation and wiring for a ceiling fan, along with removing a wall in my kitchen. I definitely look forward to working with D&D construction again when I am ready to do my bathrooms. Remodeling can be stressful especially during these times I am thankful that D&D construction was

I happened upon this old review of mine because I am again in need of a contractor, and I noticed that my response to Dion was not posted: I saved the communications, and it was definitely with this company that I spoke, and it was definitely not satisfactory.

The first job that we had done at our house was a view fence that needed to be reconstructed. I was so pleased with the job that was performed and the workmanship was excellent. A year later we needed another job done we decided not to get estimates from anybody else because we had such a great experience the first time with D&D Construction, we had the total opposite experience the second time around the contractors left a mess the job is not complete Dion came over on a Friday night with his contractor to show them what needed to be done to complete the job.

I called this individual and attempted to make an appointment for a bid for remodeling work in kitchen and bathrooms. I requested a 3 to 3:30 pm. He tells me his last appointment can't go past 3pm. I told him that my wife doesn't get home from work until 2:30. He says that he'll try to be there at 2:30. I then try to give my address. He interrupts me and tells me to text it. D&D construction build a laundry room addition to my home, the roof leaked, paint started peeling down the walls- revealing mold- and wood around window frame and corners of walls are cracked. The remodel/addition work he did cost me $65,000 paid to him, and a whole lot more to fix all his messes. Very big messes. Mold, ruined walls and roof messes. The list is very long.

We contacted D&D construction for a small but significant repair to an exterior stucco wall. We left a message and received a phone call in a few minutes to schedule a visit for the following day. Dion was on time and give a prompt estimate. The work was completed the next day, efficiently and cleanly. Received a picture of the property showing the condition before and after the visit, and payment was done online.

Amazing work and professional staff! Dion has a great crew, and the were quick and respectful of my home. I recently had flooring replaced in my home, and I couldn't be happier! I only had a quote worked up, however, Dion was very competent, quick, and to the point. Ultimately, we decided on another contractor for various reasons, but I would have felt confident had I hired D&D that my remodel would have turned out amazing. I would definitely consider them for future projects as Dion is extremely knowledgeable about code regulations and quality control.

Wow this guy is incredible. The owner Dion was very flexible with the scheduling he made sure to adjust the scheduling of the estimate so I can pitch my kids up from school. Then I ended up changing my mind about the color I wanted for my kitchen and dion took the paint back for me and exchanged it for the new color I wanted. He understood that I am a busy single parent and made me feel very comfortable whenever he brought his crew around. He even introduced everyone to my kids so they would feel comfortable.On to the quality of work , it's simply superb! I've wanted to redo my kitchen and bathrooms

I sent them a message via Yelp and they replied right away, they worked around my schedule. Showed up on time to provide a free estimate, they priced a very reasonable price to get the job done. They did a good job in a timely manner.

We were on a time crunch for getting our 2br 2b condo patched, painted and a 2 tub surround installed. We called over 10 people, before finding
