BEWARE of RODOLFO (Rudy) RIOS the owner of DANRU PLUMBING and ROOTER.
RUDY RIOS is Dishonest, Unethical, Deceitful and Unresponsive! He is a Con Man! Rudy asked upfront for $1500 before starting a plumbing repair on my property. He asked for his name be put on the check not the business' name. I never saw him or my $1500 again! Over the last few months he has not responded to my many, many calls, emails or text. I am an elderly woman and no longer have the money (he kept the $1500) to have my plumbing problem fixed. I do not think that I am the only one that he has conned in one form or another

PLEASE BE ADVISED THEY ARE NOT HONEST. So I would definitely recommend not using this company they are very very shady took way more than 10% for a down payment ripped up my backyard when they put the concrete back in all jacked up when I mentioned it he said “well we’re not concrete guys were plumbers “ then did an ice machine for me told me the parts were $200 I know the parts of the coil wire the two accessories that go with it comes in a kit for 30$ he still yet to finish the job and I still have unbelievably water in my dishwasher that won’t go down, spent over 5 grand, this time

Fantastic service. The plumber came in, knew exactly the problem in my shower drain and cleared it! He even went to my other shower/tub to make sure it wasn't backing up. Clean, tidy and very knowledgeable. Will use DanRu Plumbing again — highly recommended!

Do your homework, plumbing contractors like this prey on customers who have urgent needs by sizing up customers ability to pay. Unless you have really deep pockets and just want fast service they will give you an estimate without accurately considering the actual total labor required. If I'd shopped I could have saved at least $1000.00 of a $2200.00 bill for the 10 hours of manual work performed. The plumber worked 3 hours and the laborer 7 hours. Professionals can make$150-$250 an hour but laborers are charged at $50.00-$75.00 including taxes and insurance.

The service this company provides is exceptional. Finding an honest plumber has been a task to service the properties we own. one call to these guys got our issues solved, at an affordable price... and they were able to give me an estimate over the phone...something a few other services couldnt provide. Kudos to Danru.

Danru plumbing provided me with excellent and timely sameday service at a great price.
They arrived and got straight to work. They were able to navigate their equipment through my finished home without damaging any walls or floors. Their equipment is modern and heavy duty. Got the job done in no time.
They unclogged my drain and showed me the inside of the pipe with their sewer camera.

I discovered a leak outside coming from our kitchen. After various phone calls to plumbers on a Saturday, I called Danru Plumbing and they came free of charge. Michael was very knowledgeable on the situation and gave us various options from low to high end. We decided to replace all plumbing (70 year original pipes). The crew arrived on time each day, worked diligently, and cleaned up after themselves. When the job was completed, Xavier was kind enough to make a video showing all that had been replaced underneath the craw space area. I was very appreciative! Rudy the owner also checked in days

I called late afternoon and was able to schedule an appointment for next day for 8am. They called after 8am and let me know George was on the way from Seal Beach. They said he would be here in about 20-30 minutes but it seemed safe to say there was gonna be traffic and he was going to arrive later than 30 minutes- which he did. George was very polite and respectful, he asked before coming in if he should wear booties to protect the carpet. He checked out my bathroom sink and gave me an estimate, he gave me possible scenarios in case something came up and what the costs would be. He was personable

Not only did they fix my mainline issue (something my city should fix) but they also repaired some old pipes! They guarantee their work too. They have a new customer with me!

I had an issue with a major leak near my pool. James gave me a piece of mind right away and informed me that it wasn't related to my pool thanks to their camera thingy...Whew! They got the job done quickly and were very professional! They even guaranteed their work. Will call them again when needed.
