Simon and Armando were efficient and professional. They did an excellent job cleaning my carpet...first they used a special tool to check for moisture and removed the pet stains that were in the carpet. They brushed all of it with a carpet rake when they had finished cleaning, which helped ventilate the carpet for drying. Very impressed!

Outstanding workmanship! Yuri was on time, extremely knowledgeable, did not try and up sell anything and was extremely honest about what he could and could not do with my carpets. I mostly have been dealing with pets marking. Yuri did an amazing job of getting the odors out!

We had Imperial Carpet Care clean our couches, rugs, and tile. It made a huge difference. They worked -- and they arrived on time -- for almost 5 hours. They were self directed and explained what was and wasn't realistic with the clean. After they finished, we were so glad they came and did a deep clean.

Uriel and David came same day that we called and cleaned two carpets, chair and sofa. Everything looks new. Our place is an Airbnb rental so gets tons of traffic and was in need of deep cleaning. Highly recommend them. Super cordial and nice.

After a brief search of couch cleaning companies I chose these guys! Super fast response time, even after hours. Was super flexible to me, even when I changed my cleaning day up an entire week. We were moving in while Uriel and David were cleaning my couch from serious pet stains and they were incredibly friendly about the situation. Done in hour and it looked amazing, left my house smelling nice as well! Looking forward to hiring again!

Just like to say that the Service imperial carpet care provided was outstanding they were professional understanding great customer service. It was unbelievable how clean they left my carpet and my two sofas. Of all the companies I called imperial carpet care was the only one that could make my time frame. They also have the best price for the job I would highly recommend the company to everyone. I will indeed be calling them back for more service when needed.

I found them on thumb tec. Had a reasonable price and very good reviews. Uriel was very professional, organized and did a wonderful job on my carpet cleaning. He put skid proof cloth to protect my wood floor and had some right angle protectors for the corners. The company even guarantees to come back for free if we are not satisfied with any areas. I will call Imperial Carpets cleaning in the future.

On time, actually bit early, but they texted us half hour prior, so it all worked out. Quote was honored and carpet results exceeded our expectations. Tarp and corner guards were used to protect our wood flooring and walls plus booties provided to walk on the carpet. P.S. The upholstery cleaning on our dining chairs did not meet our expectation (we tested on one ) so we decided to skip them and the quote was adjusted accordingly, thank you to Diego and the Imperial team. It has been over 48 hours now and our carpets are still damp even though we are keeping our windows open and running fans

It was very easy to set up an appointment with this company. My carpet wasn't that dirty to start with, so I just needed to maintain it and Uriel left it looking great! The product he uses does not smell like chemicals, it has more of a lemony smell. He finished up the living room and bedroom in less than an hour. He also gives you advice on how to keep your carpet looking like new and even gives you little plastic shoe covers to wear if you have to walk on the carpet while it dries. Highly recommend!

Imperial Carpet Care is everything you want in a business: great service and fair prices. I had my fabric sofa, large chair and ottoman cleaned. They gave me an advance quote of $100, which was very fair. I'd forgotten to mention all the fabric throw pillows --10 of them!--that also needed to be cleaned. They did all 10 pillows at no extra charge! The friendly and professional tech spent over two hours, doing a thorough and excellent cleaning job. I totally recommend Imperial Carpet Care!

I had an absolutely fantastic experience with Uri and Imperial Carpet! My carpets were a mess from a former carpet cleaner who left my carpet soaked and full of soap. They looked filthy after a week. When Uri came to my house he was beyond professional, friendly, and willing to do everything he could to fix my issues. The best thing he said to me is that he is willing to come by next week to see how the carpet is looking and any recommendations for the future. The pricing was perfect, the service was perfect, I will use no one other than Imperial!
