The warranty term (sometimes referred to as the "Correction Period") and any conditions for the warranty are identified in the contract for construction. During the Correction Period, Neenan Archistruction will assign a qualified and experienced representative to work directly with the Owner's representatives to address and commence work to correct defective work pursuant to the warranty provisions of the contract.

What is archistruction, and how is it different from what other companies offer? Neenan trademarked the term "archistruction" in 1997 because it is an altogether different approach to architecture and construction than what you normally see in the world of real estate. There wasn't a word for what we did, so we made one for ourselves.
The project respects the long history of the YMCA campus and the surrounding area while simultaneously achieving the highest level of design quality and modern comforts. The new two-story, 21,256-square-foot music venue in Old Town Fort Collins is almost twice the size of the former 11,000-square-foot building.

Thanks for ruining the Telluride community. The poor designs, drawn by Neenan, has plagued the entrance to our 100 year old mountain town. The firm also threatened multiple members of our community and refused to answer any questions from the public. It is such as shame that the R-1 school board selected a company with such a poor standing in the design/build marketplace. We can only hope that the structure doesn't collapse.
