I contacted golden hammer construction first through their facebook messaging tool for a estimate on my roof. Didn't get a response. Called them and left a message and they did return my call. A guy came out to my home to look at my roof. He looked everything over and asked for contact info. I gave my voice and cell phone numbers and my email. Two weeks later I have heard nothing. This is very unprofessional. If they didn't want the job they could have just told me up front. I would recommend avoiding if you desire professionalism...after all if they don't get back to you at this stage imagine

I HATE leaving poor reviews but I had to share my experience because a roof is a big investment. I had them do a roof for me and I have to give credit where it's due, they were efficient and very reasonable. Unfortunately after completion I went to check the job on my roof and I am now caulking exposed nail heads around my roof. I understand some spots can have exposed nails but I would expect after paying a large amount of money to have a roof done exposed nails will at least be properly sealed. Also, there was a soft spot in my roof that was just simply shingled over leaving a visible indent

What can I say about Golden Hammer Construction other than RUN AWAY! Don't waste your time! I had a small project on my home that was abandoned by Ciccone Construction (another company not to do business with) and was told by the owner of Golden Hammer that he would be able to do the job the week he saw the job! THAT WAS 5 WEEKS AGO! No return phone calls, Other than on 2 occasions no return text messages, no communication at all. The 2 returned text messages were to tell me that a crew would be at my home by the end of the week to do the repair job or just seal the house up before winter hit.

I was extremely happy when they replaced my roof. They were there on time, did it professionally and without any headaches. The price was great and dealing with the owner was very easy. The crew was professional and very hard-working. I’m thankful are use them. I would highly recommend them.
