I had a TPO flat roof that was not pitched or drained properly, so there was always standing water. Other companies wanted to frame up the corners with "crickets" to try to force the water to the drains which were not properly recessed lower in the roof like a shower drain is. The other guys were more expensive and they wouldn't even guarantee it would eliminate standing water. Eli and team suggested just re doing the drains after their inspection. He said the roof itself was fine, and didn't require any other work! So in a square shape around each drain, they cut out and removed all the layers

Also, gutter cleaning. Eli and Simon are the best. We are so fortunate to have found such a team to take care of our old membrane roof and troubleshoot any changes before we have problems. My wife and I are extremely happy with Simon and Eli and the totally professional and amazing job they did replacing our garage roof!! The finished product is a work of art!! The clean up each day was impeccable, and the price was amazing too!! Eli was able to seal up my aging residential semi-flat roof, in Albany, with an 8 year guarantee at a reasonable price with professional attitude and execution. This was a smaller job then they usually take on and only required two half-day visits. Eli's solution was 1/3rd of the cost of full replacement and fit my current needs.
