Great service! Super personable and professional! We had a washing machine shutoff valve failure which required us to turn off the water to the whole house. I sent a picture and he was here in 2 hours. He grabbed the right part on the way and fixed it in a snap - without cutting into any drywall. For the record, ASI said they'd need to cut out significant pieces of drywall and quoted me a multiple of what Tom Plumb charged.

A gray Tom Thumb van just raced past me and my dog on my Leucadia residential street at what had to be 40+MPH. When I raised the palm of my hand and signaled to slow down I was greeted with a raised finger as the driver accelerated even more. There are no sidewalks but there are a lot of walkers, runners, parents with strollers, etc. There's a lot of plumbers to choose from who do great work. I will never use Tom Thumb and I will tell everyone of my experience. Not all experiences are work related but they all factor into making decisions on who to hire.

Had a slow leak in our freshwater plumbing that was inflating our water bill that I had tried to self diagnose and treat for several weeks. Called Tom and within 1h of arriving he had identified two leaky toilet fill valves and replaced our main shutoff valve that was broken as well. We'll definitely be using Tom for all of our freshwater plumbing needs going forward and have recommended him to many friends and colleagues.

FANTASTIC work! Showed up 20 minutes early and installed new hot water heater quickly with no mess or issues. Pricing was a great value and exactly as quoted. Tom is the BEST! If you prefer going with a local and not a big corporate plumbing company that passes their overhead on to you, go with Tom Plumb.

Tom ;has been out at least three times and helped me with both big and small plumbing issues. He is very knowledgeable, efficient, and honest. He recommended and installed a gas water heater and quickly diagnosed other issues for us, and also told me what jobs I could do myself or with a handyperson. Highly recommend!!!

5 stars for sure. I had a great experience. My water heater went out 2 days ago and after trying to fix it myself, I had to call in some help. I got Tom himself and he squeezed us in right away to take a look. It took him a few minutes to identify the problem and then he was on the horn trying to find the part. It was hard-to-find, I tried myself to verify the price. He successfully found it and had it installed by noon the next day (after getting it overnighted). Hard not like this guy. He was responsive, knowledgeable, pretty funny, nailed it the first time, and the price way less than

We sure didn't expect to need a plumber twice in 2 weeks, but we discovered a slab leak in our kitchen...yikes! After hiring a leak detection company to identify the location of the leak we called Tom immediately and he has headed out of town with his daughters. We called another company and they came out and gave us a bid. After we picked ourselves off the floor, we decided to wait until Tom was back to get a bid from him. Are we ever glad we did! His bid was 1/4 the cost of our first bid....not a typo, he saved us thousands of dollars! He is just the nicest guy you'll ever meet

Late yesterday afternoon walked out to the garage to find lots of water dripping from the bottom of hot water tank...called Tom Plumb and left a voice message. He called back within minutes to say he was on a job but gave me instructions over the phone to shut off water heater gas line and water line and to drain the tank. He offered to pick up a new tank from his supplier just before they closed for the day and come over that evening but we said it wasn't a true emergency could he just get it done the next day? Would 7am be ok, said Tom? Well he was at the house precisely at that time

We found a leak on floor by toilet in guest bathroom on Memorial Day. Called Tom Plumb Plumbing on Memorial Day and Tom answered. He scheduled an appointment for the next day. He quickly removed the toilet and found a cracked flange face on an offset flange to which the toilet in bolted. This toilet was installed a few years ago by a different plumbing service which will not be named. They used an oversize gasket as a shim to hide the cracked flange.
Tom had to order a new offset flange from his supplier and was back the next day with all parts needed. This was a fairly complicated repair which
