We installed custom vanities in both of our bathrooms. All the plumbing had to be rerouted in the wall. It took some time to figure out a plan but Mark figured it out and it looks beautiful better than it was before. It was a bit pricier than we had anticipated, however the old adage is fitting here “you get what you paid for.” We’re very happy with the work, and we love our new vanities.

I manage a vacation rental property and our on demand hot water heater for the whole house with 3 apartments went out. I needed immediate help and replacement of the unit. That’s what I got and even though I stayed through the whole process and I’m exhausted, Mark and Carlos were awesome!!! Very patient and answered all my questions making me feel comfortable. Everything about this experience was fantastic. My work was not an emergency but they were able to get someone out to see the issues very quickly. Mark showed up on time, wore a mask, and was incredibly thorough with his evaluation of the issues and the solutions. When they showed up to do the work, I got helpful notifications, they were again on time, and were very efficient with getting all of the work done. Very easy, very pleasant, and great service. I called Coast on the recommendation of a neighbor who used them on the recommendation of another neighbor. Always a good sign when there is positive word of mouth.
As mentioned in another review, service workers in SYV are very hard to schedule. Same for dog groomers, gardners, etc. Often calls go unreturned.
The experience with Coast started right from the initial call. Someone actually answered the phone. The scheduler took my info, was polite and efficient. I received a text confirming my appointment. Very professional.

I've lived on the Central Coast for 12 years now and it's heaven on earth. The biggest disadvantage of living here is that handymen, plumbers, electricians, locksmiths, gate and HVAC repairmen are few and far between where I am, and those who are here are frequently unreliable or otherwise dysfunctional.
Despite the fact that I pay promptly and I am courteous to all, there is just something about local service people in our area. I have been ghosted by people who've done work for me, can't get calls returned, or I'm told that someone can't be over here "until

Was referred to this company when my regular plumber was unavailable. Very happy with the response. They have been in the Valley for about a year, but prior experience nearby. They fixed my toilet and bathroom faucet quickly. Cleaned up everything. They dress and act professionally, and are very friendly as well as efficient. All work is warrantied. If you have any questions, speak to their office rep, Tiffany; she is helpful, knowledgeable and very gracious. I thought the price was reasonable. Would recommend.

We used Coast Plumbing for our new water heater. "Junior" gave us estimates on four different systems and explained their differences, pros, cons, etc.
Customer service was exceptional.... they called to confirm appointment and prior to arriving.
The day of installation, Junior was on time, efficient, neat, and cleaned up any mess.
Overall, we are very pleased and would definitely use them for other plumbing needs.
