My roommates and I were looking to get the house cleaned so I did some research and we decided to go with Carvalho's. They were very efficient in responding and super organized with the process. I thought a team of people was coming but it was just one person. Her name is Luciana. She was the sweetest person and she did an amazing job. The floors are spotless, the fridge is clean and she set it up with paper towels so that it will remain clean for some time to come. She also scrubbed the oven very well and lined the bottom of it with foil for us. The whole job was great and she was very independent

They provided a deep cleaning for me which was very thorough and well done-reaching areas that I hadn't cleaned in a long time. We were pleased with their service and professionalism and decided to schedule bi-weekly cleanings. Elisete has done a fantastic job each time. Adriene is responsive and easy to work with and their rates seem fair and reasonable. Definitely recommend.

Team of three missed the key areas that make up a deep cleaning and the cost of one (blinds, baseboards, shelves, etc). Met with disgruntled attitude from staff and accusatory management.... until I sent pictures and video. Ended up doing it myself. If they had offered a free service next time I would have gave them another shot, but the they are unfortunately lacking customer service skills needed to build clientele.
Update: it doesn't matter who I am. This was my experience with your company, not another. You're response demonstrated the attitude I mentioned.

This is the worst company ever... they priced a full service cleaning for $180 and when they showed up, mind you 1.5 hours late the little old lady they sent wanted more money. They only had to sweep, mop and dust a VACANT HOUSE (no bedrooms) and tried to jack the pice up. DO NOT CALL THIS COMPANY... THEY ARE HORRIBLE.

Carvalhos was very accommodating even at some-what last minute request (within a week) for deep cleaning a 1700 sq ft apartment with 3 bedroom and 3 bathrooms.
Loved that they showed up on time and the 2 young ladies were super nice and did a great job with cleaning. They took time to listen and understand any special requests, eventhough we had a someone of language barrier.
More than satisfied with the work. Will be calling them again.

Unfortunately, I had an experience that was negative and similar to some of the other negative posts. I was quoted $150.00 for a deep clean (first visit) - they got there, said it would be $200.00 instead. I paid the extra $50.00, no issue. I was told thereafter, they would provide bi-weekly service for $100.00 per cleaning. The initial cleaning met my expectations. Two weeks passed and I heard nothing from them... I reached out and was told they lost a cleaner and they "will try to fit the place in one of our schedules". Five additional days pass and still nothing from them. I send them

I contacted this service with very short notice requesting a post-kitchen construction clean on a specific day. Adriane was an absolute pleasure to work with- flexible, responsive and accommodating. Was dirty because the girl that cleans my house had surgery. I was able to get carvalhos cleaning service thru Yelp. The girl they sent was great and she is still working on the house as I write this. I am very happy and will now use the service for all my house cleaning.

I fractured my shoulder and can not clean my house for some time. Adriana responded quickly and their pricing seemed fair. They were able to come right away and I was very pleased with the two young ladies that came. I let Adriana know I was happy with the service and scheduled their next visit. I am a new customer, having been with another local company that did a fine job...but just raised their rates a bit higher than I thought fair. I found Carvalho's Cleaning on line, spoke to the owner and gave them a try. I could not be more satisfied or happy with my decision.

I'm glad everyone had a better experience then I did . This may be kind of long I was in New York for five weeks and had somebody stay in my house to watch my birds now I came home I saw a flea and I automatically the fogging on my house I called this company to have my house cleaned after because I'm asthmatic and I couldn't do it myself. Celia Came right on time that was not the issue my issue was the company only sent one person to clean and entire apartment so she was here for four hours cleaning. Now since they were chemicals in the house earlier I had to turn the air-conditioning
