It's hard to find someone you trust nowadays. This is not the issue with Lou. He is a very experienced carpet cleaner and knows how to get all the dog stains and smells out of my carpets. I would recommend him to anyone!

FABULOUS! We were referred to Lou by our past realtor Gail Bass, who we know is a perfectionist. We had never cleaned our carpets or sectional sofa and have had each for close to a decade. Plus, we have pets. Not a pretty sight.
Lou is the nicest man, who absolutely under-promised and over-delivered. His prices are extremely reasonable. And he is reliable, professional, quick, and on-time.
Though he assured us our carpets wouldn't look new, I'm amazed at how much cleaner they look. Far beyond my expectations. Even the sofa, with ground in dog dirt, looked much better when he was done.

After making calls to three upholstery cleaning companies, Lou was the only one to return my call within a couple of hours. He was professional, friendly and was able to schedule an appt. to come and look at some chairs I needed professionally cleaned within 48 hours from my original call. He showed up on time and gave me a quote on the job within 10 minutes and was able to complete the job right then and there so did not require a follow-up appt. More importantly he was very reasonably priced and did an excellent job. I highly recommend him.
