I hired this company without reading the negative reviews at BBB & elsewhere, & wish I had. I asked the owner to lay sod down where I had large Oak trees removed & to repair places in my lawn. There were 3 guys & they were here for over 6 hours. I was never informed by the owner when they were coming either. He said he was "fitting me in". Apparently most of their business is lawn mowing. There are a few places where the sod is ok, but my entire front yard looks horrible & the owner didn't agree. Told me he would make it right, but at that point, I had to let him go & he has not refunded a portion

Long story short. They "automatically enrolled" me for the 2021 season by sending a letter that supposedly states that If I didn't want their service I needed to contact them.. Long Story - I used these guys for part of 2020 and never signed a contract. I get an email stating that their worker was at my house mowing. I informed the company that I didn't order their service and the nature of the owner made me extremely upset. He started talking about some letter that I was mailed and It was MY fault for not looking at a letter from a lawn care company. I contacted the attorney general's office regarding

I have used this company for cutting my lawn many years now, and was always happy with their attention to detail and clean up afterwards. They just finished mulching my landscape with 8 yards of beautiful dark, double-ground mulch, and I couldn't be happier! Their staff are always polite, attentive and I have always been completely satisfied. They are my lawn service company of choice for sure!

After using Keenan's services for more than 5 years, and giving him business totaling over $17,000 for various lawn services, we are terminating our relationship with him due to his current practice of price gouging, exacerbated by a lack of professionalism. Among the services we had used was a yearly Fall yard cleanup, consisting of routine leaf removal and shrub trimming. For this year's cleanup in Dec 2020, the workload was considerably lighter, and there was a smaller volume of leaves than last year. I would not recommend doing business with this company. They placed landscaping on my property where my neighbor and I have an encroaching dispute. My land is clearly marked by the survey pins that were dug up and marked with hot pink flags. You can clearly see where my neighbors property ends and mine begins. They completely disregarded the dispute boundary lines to make a buck! Shame on this company for their low ethics and morale. I'm 100% positive if someone did this to them they would be upset. They will never have my business and I recommend everyone twice before giving your money to a company

First off I want to say that I have not done business or worked with this company. I work at a car wash in Ellisville called Auto Spa Etc. The owner of this business has a membership with multiple trucks from the company. Every single truck that comes in there, the person is always very respectful. I talked to the owner tonight actually about me wanting to work through this company since this is the trade I will be going into. I want to let you know that these guys are truly professional especially whenever they are not working which looks really good for the company even if they are just getting

They broke a sprinkler line during a routine aeration and then charged twice what a legitimate irrigation company would charge to fix it. Seniors beware - these folks like to price gouge the elderly! Make sure you insist on a full, detailed bid before agreeing to any services from them.

Keenan and crew did a great job! A+++ from quote to completion. Professional, efficient and knowledgeable team. They got the job done quickly and efficiently. Installed new lawn in backyard and removed tons of honeysuckle scrubs that were overhanging my backyard and killing my lawn. It’s nice to support local businesses and these guys have earn their reputation. I will use them again in a heartbeat for my next landscaping project. Well done.

Use to work for the company quite with out notice. Asked for my check on pay day said no it's in the mail two weeks later going on 3 still no check. Unfortunately its been all most four weeks now im going to have to call the better business Bureau to make a case. I would not recommend doing business with this company not paying some after they work is against the law. Up date going on 5 weeks now the state of labor called me and is sending paperwork in the mail.
