I recently purchased a townhome here and so far, I'm thankful I did. I love living here because there's miles of walking/biking trails and three different pools to enjoy. There's also tennis, basketball courts and a wide variety of other amenities. It's mostly very quiet but the community is still very much under construction and they're building an overpass over I 75 that will provide an additional option to get from Rt 41 to Rt 301 so it'll be interesting to see how that impacts the area. I'm not hopeful given the way how some people drive through here now. I wish they had much better gyms/workout

Excellent community. Beautiful. They do an amazing job with the landscaping. The houses are built very well with good utilization of space and unique decor, not like cookie cutter neighborhoods. The pool hours keep getting earlier & earlier though, this will hopefully change. 7pm on a Saturday is too early to be closing the sun is still out. Safe. They hosts concerts and community events. Charter school within the community. Great place to raise kids.

Visited the community center which was pretty cool. Cafe inside with actual communal areas for residents or visitors. Great amenities such as a pool area, gym, play ground with nice walking trail around the pond. Great scenic views & a nice sitting area with a screened in porch for when the bugs are bad. They decorated for Christmas, a nice "home" touch! The bathrooms were clean & private enclosed showers and toilet rooms. Saw a daycare center too, convenient for residents.
