WCCR installed a 30,000 roof at my daughters' home before putting the house on the market. The roof was completed in March 2021 and the house went on the market 3 months later. Shockingly, the home inspection came back with a bad roof review and work needed to be done (pictures attached). I talked to Daniel, president of the company, and tried for 6 weeks to get the warrantied work fixed. They promised to come out a few times but never showed. Daniel knew the house was pending and needed the roof work done to close but he wouldn't respond. I finally hired a reputable roofing company to come out

We are in the middle of getting our roof done with this company and I feel compelled to post a warning - it is not going well. They pushed back the install date due to weather but were not on top of the process to order materials so would not have been able to start even when the planned bad weather did not materialize. I absolutely had to have the roof finished before Labor Day weekend - but here we are, days later, and they are not even close to finished. The roof is dried in - thank god - but there are roofing materials and lumber all over my yard and driveway - and they will not return my

Extremely pleased from start to finish! First, they were the only company to answer the phone when I first called to inquire, and then called back promptly with a quote...sounds simple, but they were literally the only contractor to answer the phone. Secondly, they set a schedule and followed through. True to their word. They scheduled the work just a couple weeks after first contact...amazing given my tight timeframe. WCCR to the rescue! We had a terrible situation with another roofer; the county had now failed the inspection 3 times. WCCR quickly provided a quote to replace the shoddy work from the other roofing company. They worked with the county to release the old permit and get a new one (not an easy thing) and then sent a very professional team to do the work. We had them on multiple occasions and they were always punctual, professional and performed the highest quality workmanship at a reasonable price. They came highly recommended (we saw their work at 3 other homes) and they proved to us why. I will give 5 stars to this company. Had a few issues in the beginning not gonna lie but they came out and got everything done without making excuses or blaming everyone else like other contractors usually do. Took a litle longer then expected but i was wowed by my new roof. they helped me choose a nice color for my tile roof and it was one of those roofs with 3 different color patters. Done beautifully. thanks

We asked for a quote from Woodstone Construction for a roof replacement. They came in and I wanted them to talk to my husband, as I was busy at my desk at home, after introducing themselves to my husband they walked over to me and offered their names and a handshake. They definitely had my attention at this point. I've worked in Customer Service many years, so when I witness great customer service I pay attention. This was our third quote AND the most impressive. From the beginning to the end, their quote was more thorough than the other quotes and definitely more enthusiastic! I would recommend
