When my boyfriend deployed, his dog started going to the bathroom on the couch (gross, I know.) I tried EVERYTHING and could not get the urine smell out.. it was absolutely terrible. I called Dave and was surprised when he suggested I try this cleaner petco sells. He said to try that first before I spend the $ on a cleaning. Wow! I thought that was pretty awesome of him. He followed up with me about a week later and when I did end up needing him, he was able to come out within a day or so. He did a great job.... I was down on my hands and knees smelling it when he was done and there wasn't a trace

Dave came out today and worked tirelessly for EIGHT HOURS! Our carpets had become really nasty from kids and dogs and needed lots of work. In a perfect world, I would have replaced them. That was not in the budget. Dave had a special treatment for stains and worked miracles. Our carpet looks new and it's far from it. The price was affordable and this was the second time we've had Valley Carpet clean our carpets.

We have used the services of Valley Carpet and Upholstery for our primary home as well as our rental/vacation home. Additionally, we have used them for our carpet/upholstery cleaning needs for our vehicles and RVs. We have been their customer for many years. We truly would not use another company for the following reasons: the product delivered is excellent, the service given is consistently of the highest caliber, and the accounting/billing and reminders are so helpful. Our rental/vacation home gets heavy use year round. I am convinced that the extended life of our carpet and upholstery/furniture
